Ultimately, the decision lies with you as to which course or option you choose. But there are a few things to consider.
On the ACADEMY page, you’ll see I’ve listed a few common ‘types’ under 'who are you' – which you can find here.
First of all, have a think and decide which type you are. Knowing this will give you a good indication of which course is best for you.
Essentially, if you want to change your behaviour then Successful Employer Engagement by Phone or ECA 1:1 Coaching is the best option. It is in these programmes that you get the most support, feedback, coaching, assessments and opportunities to learn at your own pace. There are variations in the level of support you get in each programme, so take this into consideration too!
The membership only option is a resource that you can draw upon, on a rolling basis, that includes access to an exclusive community of your peers. This is a fantastic option for those who want to keep their hand in and build upon their current experience but do be aware that it doesn’t include any personalised feedback, assessments or training modules.
At present, there is no deadline. However, this will change if student number increase. This is because I want to be able to help each person personally with their journey.
As from January 1st 2020 enrolment will open three times per year: January, April and September. No new students will be registered in between these times.

Sharing best practice is a wonderful thing. And I encourage you to go out and speak to your colleagues about what you are learning and how you are applying it to your work. So by all means, share away.
The only things you CAN’T do with the programmes is: sell them, share them with someone not in your organisation, share them online, or copy and distribute materials to others who aren’t in your organisation.
Non-members cannot join the forum or private Facebook group and links shared in the group cannot be distributed outside of the platform. It is worth noting that anyone found breaking the stated guidelines will have their membership terminated immediately.
With E.C.A, you get out what you put in.
I am confident you will see results, because all of those I have trained previously do when they commit fully to the programme, face to face or online. Through the E.C.A 1:1 coaching option, your progress will be tracked so you can see and understand your growth. And for both E.C.A 1:1 and Successful Employer Engagement you will be required to make a small number of calls as these are what we class as your ‘before’ and 'after' calls.
Put simply, if you engage and share with the programmes, you will see results. If you don’t, you won’t! The ball is in your court. Of course, whatever barriers, obstacles or struggles you encounter, I will be there to help. Remember: your success is my success!
The Employer Call Academy is here to support you throughout your time with us. And whichever option you choose gives you free access to the platform and all of its resources for between 3-6 months, dependent on which programme you choose.
For as long as your membership with us is active, you’ll continue to get the support from the platform, myself and a group of peers. And when your membership expires, and subject to you being a student of either the Successful Employer Engagement by Phone or the E.C.A Coaching & Training Programme you’ll still be able to draw upon your training modules on the learning platform for as long as you need them.
As learning is largely self-directed and paced, if you need to slow down because of an upcoming holiday, or illness, you can. It’s easy to pick up from where you left off.
No. When you start the course, the training agreement we set up is with you and you only. Because of the personalised nature of much of our training, it’s just not possible to transfer memberships. That being said, we would be happy to welcome any interested colleagues as a member in E.C.A!
Yes, you can! As long as your new employer is in the Welfare to Work, Skills or Social Care Sector and you’re working on employability or skills initiatives.
We don’t want you to stop growing and improving on your skills, so you have our support 100% throughout this journey.
All we ask is that you inform us of any changes, so we can update our systems with your new contact information.
