We designed this module especially for 1:1 trainees. Over the course of a week, we take an in-depth look at the ways you can communicate the features and benefits of the customers that you promote, taking time to explore barriers to work your unique customers may face and how to overcome them.
5 hours of coaching throughout the programme – including 2 hours telephone coaching [Valued at £400]
Alongside 3 hours of remote feedback shared with you via e-mail, 1:1 Coaching trainees also get 2 hours of real-time telephone coaching to allow them to work closely with their trainer to explore specific areas requiring improvement. That could be objection handling, closing techniques, overcoming gatekeepers and more! Progress Tracking
