HOW THEÂ PROGRAMME WORKS
Essential Employer Engagement Phone Skills is a self paced 4 week programme. You can join at any time and start immediately. Two short modules are released each week, giving you eight focused modules in total.
Throughout the programme you will complete simple and practical activities after most modules. These include preparing employer lists, practising your call structure, contacting employers and bringing back any objections, challenges or wins. These activities are designed to help you apply the learning straight away and see real progress.
You work through each stage at a steady pace with room to practise, reflect and improve. You will learn the structure first so that when you reach more challenging areas, such as gatekeepers, you already know exactly what to say and why.
You will have a maximum of six weeks from the date you enrol to complete all modules, your two check ins and your final simulated call.
REAL LEARNING, REAL CALLS
This is not a theoretical course. Each week, you will complete
small and practical activities that involve making real employer
calls during your workday.
This allows you to build confidence, embed the learning, see improvement quickly, reduce hesitation and create real outcomes.

 You will have two live 30 minute check ins with your trainer.
These sessions support the practical activities you complete throughout the programme. Activities include building employer lists, making employer calls, exploring objections you faced and applying the techniques from each module.
During each check in you can talk through what you have done, what happened on your calls and any challenges you met. You will receive clear and constructive feedback so you can refine your approach and strengthen your confidence step by step.
FINAL ASSESSMENT WITH YOUR TRAINER
Your programme ends with a realistic employer-style conversation where you put your skills into practice with your trainer. It is supportive, structured, and designed to help you demonstrate how confidently you can apply what you’ve learned, from opening the call to exploring needs and gaining commitment.
A certificate is awarded when you have completed the required tasks and demonstrated competence in your final assessment. This ensures the
certificate reflects real achievement.
